Whitney is an illustrator living and working in Duluth, Minnesota. She always knew that she would work in the arts, but it was not until she discovered the beauty of combining ink and watercolors that illustration became her primary goal and love. Using these traditional mediums, she creates novel and exciting images that bring ideas and text to life. Her work is inspired by a combination of her Northland upbringing and her odd, innate attraction to Gothic horror. With a mixture of creepiness, comedy, and whimsy, her illustrations are entertaining and fun for both children and adults.
